Unhinged plays the game of how to utilize the existing airrights of the neighboring buildings. Doing so will create a new postured form on the site. The project brings the notion of hinging in order to organize and cantilever varying masses on the site. Through hinging, these masses hinge apart to create exterior cracks and hinge inward to create interior overlap.
