Transient Permanance aims to revitalize a block of Callowhill that has been neglected thus far by the revitalization efforts. Despite the frequent traffic in the area, there are currently no eateries within two blocks of our site. The project proposes a place for food trucks that promote a variety of international flavors to suit a multicultural neighborhood that already boasts American, Asian, and Latin American cuisines, as well as on the adaptability of our site for night programming and pop-up bars.
