The idea of the ghost represents the existence of once was. The ghost remains embedded in memory, where it exists beyond physicality, and manifests in the observer’s perception through deception and misreading of one’s surroundings. Utilizing the elastic and conforming qualities of the shrinkwrap, Ghost in The Box aims to deceive the viewer to percieve various illusions as a catalyst to search for an something.
